30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
Clarova stands behind every Clarova product. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a full refund of the product price within 30 days of the delivery date. No return shipment is required.

1. Eligibility
- Your refund request must be submitted within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date of your order.
- Requests received after the 30-day window are not eligible for a refund.
- The guarantee covers one order per customer. Additional one-off orders of the same product are eligible for a refund only if the product is unopened and returned in its original packaging. A refill charged before your cancellation was processed is handled under section 7 below (refunded in full within 14 days of the charge, no return required).
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
2. No Return Required
You do not need to send the product back to receive a refund under the 30-day guarantee. Please do not ship products back to us unless our support team asks you to.
3. How to Request a Refund
Email hello@getclarova.com or call (646) 663-8180 with your order number and the email address used at checkout. You can also use the form on our Contact page. We reply within 1 business day.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it can take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at hello@getclarova.com.
5. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and the packaging. We will send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund, including shipping.
6. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund as long as they have not shipped. Contact us as soon as possible after placing your order. Once an order has shipped, the 30-day guarantee above applies.
7. Refill Plan (Subscription) Orders
Clarova products are offered on a refill plan: the plan you select is billed today and then automatically every 28 days for the same quantity, at the price shown at checkout, until you cancel. Full terms are in our Refill Plan & Cancellation Policy.
- The 30-day money-back guarantee above applies to your first order.
- You can cancel your refill plan at any time. Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your next billing date stop the next charge.
- If a refill was charged before you cancelled, contact us within 14 days of that charge and we will refund it in full. Refill charges older than 14 days are not refundable. Cancelling stops every charge from your next billing cycle onward when we receive your request at least 24 hours before the next billing date; we confirm each cancellation by email within 1 business day.
